3rd Annual Conference of the Graduate School „Global Financial Markets”
at the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and the Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg
June 15-17, 2011
We invite researchers in an early stage of their career in the areas of economics and law to submit papers for presentation.
Topics of the papers include but are not limited to:
- New models of systemic risks.
- Systemic risk measurement and operationalisation.
- Regulating systemic risk.
- The reform of the regulatory framework in Europe and the United States.
- The interaction of national and international financial supervision.
- Macro-prudential banking supervision.
- New challenges for financial supervision.
with a special focus on the regulatory response to the recent financial crisis.
The deadline for submission is 30 April 2011. Full papers or extended abstracts should be submitted electronically to Co-Pierre Georg ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Travel funding up to EUR 200 is available upon request for authors of accepted papers.
